LEMON PEPPER PRIMAVERA 
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. red pepper strips
1 c. Chinese pea pod slices
1/2 c. carrot slices
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta light
2-3 tbsp. skim milk
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
12 oz. fettuccine, cooked & drained
Pepper

Stir fry vegetables. Stir Velveeta, milk and lemon peel in pan over low heat. Pour Velveeta over pasta and vegetables. Seasoned with pepper.
