CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 pastry shell
4 oz. shredded American cheese (1 c.)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients, 3/4 teaspoons salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Fill pastry shell with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle atop pie. Bake 10 more minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Trim with pickle slices if desired.
