BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
15 jumbo shrimp (No. 302) less than 2 lbs.

Shell uncooked shrimp, leaving tail shell on. Split shrimp down the back. Spread apart, butterfly fashion.

Dip shrimp in egg and cream mixture, then roll in bread crumb and paprika mixture. Firmly stuff shrimp with crab mixture. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter: 1 sm. green pepper, chopped finely

Combine with the following ingredients: 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, salad dressing 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp. mustard, prepared Salt and pepper 4 slices white bread, cubed 1 egg 1/2 c. cream for dipping 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tsp. paprika

Place shrimp on greased baking dish at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
