BAKED STUFFED FILLET OF SOLE 
1 1/4 lb. fillet of sole (about 6 fillets)
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Combine crackers, shrimp and butter. Spoon mixture into fillets and roll fillets up and place in baking pan.

Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese is melted. Pour mixture over fillets and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
