GRANDMA'S ROAST | |
1 med. beef or pork roast 2 c. water 1 can beef gravy 1 c. carrots, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped Salt & pepper to taste Season roast with salt and pepper as desired. Place in baking pan with water, cover with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and add potatoes, carrots, onions. Cover with beef gravy. Bake until vegetables are tender and roast is browned, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
