DIABETIC PIE 
1 box sugar-free jello (any flavor)
1/2 c. boiling water
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix jello into boiling water. Put 5 or 6 ice cubes into mixture. When it begins to thicken, remove remaining ice cubes. Mix Cool Whip into this mixture. Mix well and pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
