DORRIS' CHEESE DIP 
1 lg. box Kraft American cheese
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Liquid garlic (few drops or to taste)
1 chili pepper
1/4 c. milk

Cube both cheeses, add tomatoes, garlic and milk. Nuke in microwave on medium heat about 7 minutes. Saute green onions and chili pepper in small amount of oil or butter. Use hand mixer on melted cheese for smooth consistency. Take chili pepper out of skillet, add onions to cheese mixture. Serve warm just like any other hot dip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
