CHEESY TUNA MACARONI 
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 c. can cheddar cheese soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 can light tuna
1 can (28 oz.) French fried onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped pimentos

Prepare macaroni as on box, drain. Combine soup, milk, seasonings, 1/2 cup cheese, tuna, 1 cup fried onions, celery and pimentos. Stir in macaroni. Mix well. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are brown.
