HASH BROWN YUMMIES 
1 stick butter, melted
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed until they separate
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, diced
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix hash browns with melted butter, mix in rest of ingredients. Put in a 9"x13" pan. Mix 2 cups of corn flakes with 1 stick of melted butter and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
