RICE PUDDING 
6 tbsp. rice
1 qt. Half and Half
1/2 c. sugar
Lump butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Cinnamon & nutmeg

Mix rice, Half and Half, sugar, butter and vanilla in saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Beat egg and blend in. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
