YUMMY-CHEESY PRETZELS 
1 1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine baking mix, milk and cheese in bowl; mix well. Roll into 8x12 inch rectangle on floured surface. Cut into 1/8 inch strips. Twist each strip into pretzel shape and place on greased baking sheet. Brush strips with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 dozen.
