VEGALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans "Vegall" vegetables
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated cheese
Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter and put in baking dish. Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Dot with 1/2 stick butter. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
