PRUNE SPICE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco oil
2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars baby prunes
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift first 8 ingredients. Add oil and 1 cup water. Add prunes, eggs and vanilla. Blend. Then beat 1 minute at medium speed. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts on cake and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When cool, combine 1/2 cup 10X sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon milk. Drizzle over cake.
