ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, seasoned with salt and pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
2 pkg. frozen tortillas

Brown hamburger and drain off excess grease. Add the 2 cans of enchilada sauce and mix well.

In casserole dish, layer in this order: tortillas on bottom, next cheese and onions, and hamburger sauce on top. Keep layering until all ingredients are used. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
