ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can pitted olives
12 tortilla
1-2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat and onion. Mix in the rest of ingredients, except cheese and tortillas. Pour into casserole dish, alternating layers, layer of meat sauce and layer of tortillas and cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. Uncover the last 10 minutes.
