COTTAGE CHEESE AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
3 1/2 qts. wide noodles (cooked)
2 1/2 lbs. creamed cottage cheese
1 1/4 qts. sour cream
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated onion
2 sm. cloves garlic (minced), optional
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (grated)

1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender, about 10 minutes, drain.

2. Mix cottage cheese lightly, but thoroughly with remaining ingredients.

3. Combine cheese mixture and hot noodles, mix well.

4. Spoon mixture into greased baking pans.

5. Sprinkle cheese on top of noodle mixture.

6. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm. Brown top under broiler, if desired. Serves 24.
