SALSA 
1 lb. onions
2 lbs. hot chilies
5 lbs. tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice or distilled white vinegar

1. Peel and chop onions into small pieces. Chop chilies (seeds removed).

2. Peel and chop fresh tomatoes.

3. Add onions, chilies and other ingredients to chopped tomatoes.

4. Pack into hot jars and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Or bring to a boil and pack into hot jars. Seal. Process 5 minutes. Makes 6 pints.
