CARAWAY CHEESE BAKE 
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. softened butter
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

Stir together above ingredients in a large bowl. Turn into a buttered 8" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

To serve, sprinkle with sliced green peppers and spoon on sauce.

TOMATO-MUSHROOM SAUCE: Heat 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add 1 green onion, minced and saute for 30 seconds. Add 1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms. Saute over high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 large peeled and diced tomato. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons flour. Add 1/4 cup broth, wine or water. Stir until thickened. Blend in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves.
