CARROT-CARAWAY SALAD 
4 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
Lettuce leaves

Combine first 8 ingredients, and toss well. Cover and chill. Serve salad in a lettuce-lined bowl. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
