PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix well in order listed. Makes 3 loaves. Bake in 325 degree oven.
