PUMPKIN CHIFFON PIE 
1 can pumpkin/squash
1 pkg. (4 serving) sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 c. whipped topping
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger

Blend all ingredients together well. Pour into a ready made graham cracker crust.
