PUMPKIN LOG 
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin or squash
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. cloves, ginger and allspice

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Grease 10 x 15 x 1/2 inch cookie sheet and place waxed paper in pan. Grease paper.

Mix above ingredients and pour on prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out on well sugared towel immediately. Use confectioners' sugar on a tea towel. (Take off wax paper.)

Roll like a jelly roll, towel and all. Let cool on rack for about 1 hour. Unroll when cool and spread with filling. Reroll and refrigerate.
