PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. canned pumpkin (16 oz. can)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first five ingredients together in a large bowl. Sift soda and flour together then add salt and cinnamon. Mix all together in a large bowl. Pour into greased 14"x10" pan, 2 1/4" depth. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
