TEXAS CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. green pepper, chopped
3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 tsp. salt

In large skillet brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain fat. Stir in rest of ingredients; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
