CROCK POT ITALIAN BEEF 
Rump roast
Peppercorn peppers
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can beef consomme

Cook roast and 1 jar of peppercorn peppers and juice in crock pot on low overnight. Add onion soup mix and beef consomme. Cook several more hours on low. Great Italian Beefs. Serve on hard buns.

The peppers should be stemmed and seeded before adding to beef. Add all the juice from peppers. Use no water.
