TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 head lettuce
4 tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips, crushed
8 oz. French dressing
Grated onions to taste

Brown hamburger. Add kidney beans and salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, onions and avocado. Add grated cheese, hamburger and kidney beans mixture, then add dressing and tortilla chips. Let kidney beans mixture cool or will wilt lettuce and melt cheese.
