GREEK-STYLE SHRIMP WITH RIGATONI 
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
2 c. peeled, cubed tomatoes (1 lb.)
1/2 c. dry, white wine
1/4 c. chopped basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
3/4 lb. ziti
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese

Heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add garlic and cook lightly. Add tomatoes, cook 1 minute. Add wine, salt and pepper to taste and seasoning. Cook med. heat for 10 minutes. In separate pan, heat 3 tablespoons oil. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add flakes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add shrimp and juices in baking dish. Add cheese and tomato sauce. Bake for 10 minutes. Combine with cooked ziti.
