SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large onion, chopped and sautéed
mushrooms (optional), sautéed with onions
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix first 6 ingredients together; put in casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
