1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. orange sherbet
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool slightly. Stir in sherbet and ginger until well mixed. Pour into 4 individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold and garnish as desired. (If lemon is preferred, substitute lemon Jello an d lemon sherbet all else remains the same.)
