CREAMY PASTA AND SAUSAGE 
1 lb. mild sausage
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. container heavy cream
Salt, pepper & parsley to taste
1/2 box pasta cartwheels, cooked & drained
Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, heat oil and garlic. Saute. Add sausage. Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain fat. Add tomatoes. Cook over low heat, uncovered for 15 minutes. Add cream. Heat through. Add spices. Toss with cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
