TABOULE WINTER SALAD 
1 c. bulger
3/4 c. boiling water, absorbed
Pinch of salt
3 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. oil
1/16 tsp. garlic powder
1/16 tsp. paprika
1/16 tsp. basil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 chopped cucumber or 1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes, seeded and dry (canned okay)
1 sliced radish
2 scallions
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
1/4 head cabbage, shredded or 3/4 c. shredded lettuce (optional)

Mix all and refrigerate. Add lettuce just before serving, if using, as it wilts.
