TEXAS CORNBREAD 
1 egg
1 c. cornmeal
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 8-inch square baking pan; set aside. Bread egg into bowl and beat. Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
