HEARTY BRUNCH RING 
2 c. chopped ham
1 c. Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
Fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
Pepperidge Farm puff pastry

Combine ham and cheese, and set aside. Stir eggs, mushrooms, together. Cook egg mixture in butter until almost set. Remove from heat and set aside. (Not scrambled eggs). Grease Bundt pan. Sprinkle bottom and sides with 2 tablespoons of sesame seed (optional). Press puff pastry into Bundt pan. Spoon meat mixture into mold, then egg mixture. Put top crust on. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and invert.
