HEALTH BREAD 
1 c. uncooked yellow cornmeal
1 c. uncooked Wheatina cereal
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
4 c. boiling water
2 c. whole wheat flour
8 c. unbleached white flour
3 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt

Place first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Pour hot water over them. Mix well. Let grains cool to about 100 degrees. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water, add honey and salt. Add to grain mixture. Mix well. Add whole wheat and white flours, a little at a time. Mix well. Mix by hand, at last, if too stiff.

Knead on floured board 5 minutes or until uniform. Put in greased bowl to rise, cover with cloth. When double in bulk, punch down. Put in loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 pans.
