NO KNEAD QUICK BREAD 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
6 c. flour

Mix 2 packages of dry yeast in 2 cups warm water (not hot). Stir until dissolved. Add sugar, oil, salt and egg. Mix well. Add flour. Dough will be stiff but sticky. Let dough set in bowl, grease the top and keep in warm place until dough doubles in size.

Punch down dough one time with fist. Grease hands and make dough into 24 balls. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
