2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts or raisins or both
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together a little bit at a time. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake until brown on top in 350 degree oven. May use any size pan you wish and baking time will depend on pan size.

ICING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients until smooth and spread on cool cake.
