DUMP CAKE 
20 oz. cherry pie filling
12 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter, cut into sm. pieces to cover area
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Into 9 x 13 inch pan, ungreased - dump and smooth out, (do not mix) all of the above items in order listed. There will be a layer of each ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. The butter will melt making the top medium brown. The fruit will boil up through the topping at the edges. Serve warm or cold topped with whipped cream.
