HAMBURGER CORN BREAD 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 chili peppers, chopped
1 c. milk
1 sm. can cream style corn
1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat. Drain. Add cheese, onion and chili peppers. Cook a few minutes and set aside. Mix milk, corn, cornmeal, eggs, oil and salt. Grease an iron skillet and heat. Pour 1/2 of corn bread mix; add all of meat mixture. Spread evenly. Pour remaining corn bread mixture. Spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
