SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/2 pkg. cooked shrimp (55 to 65 pieces), med. or lg. size cut in 1/2 the best
1 pkg. Green Giant (must be Green Giant!)
Creamed spinach
6 oz. (2 c.) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 casserole, 7 x 6 x 2 inches deep

Thaw shrimp and spinach. Line bottom of dish with shrimp. Cover shrimp with spinach. Cover spinach with cheese. Microwave 6 to 7 minutes. Serves 2 with moderate appetites. Tossed salad with Italian dressing goes great with it!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
