DEER STEW 
2 to 3 lbs. deer meat, cut into pieces
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown deer meat, cut into pieces. When nicely browned stir in 3 tablespoons flour. Place in crockpot and add vinegar, catsup, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Cover meat with water. Add cooked potatoes and carrots. Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours. If gravy needs thickening add flour and water mixture.
