SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices of day old bread, crust removed and cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown sausage and drain well. Put into a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Beat eggs with milk and other ingredients. Add sausage. Cut bread into cubes, arrange on egg mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Great for brunch!
