EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
3 slices bread
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Use your imagination for additional ingredients, whatever you'd add to an omelette.

Break bread into small pieces. Put in greased casserole dish. Brown sausage, drain and crumble on top of bread pieces. Top with Cheddar cheese. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper and mustard. Temperature: 350 degrees. Time: 35-40 minutes.
