TACO SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. kidney beans
Diced tomatoes, olives and onions as desired
1 c. crushed taco chips (taco, nacho, or ranch)
1 lb. ground beef

1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.

2. Shred the lettuce in a large mixing bowl.

3. Add all the ingredients together and toss with Catalina Salad Dressing.

4. Add the chips and dressing just before serving.
