CURRIED FRUIT 
3/4 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
Maraschino cherries
15 oz. spiced apple rings
20 oz. peach slices
20 oz. pear slices
20 oz. pineapple rings

Combine butter, sugar and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Drain all fruits and arrange in a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Pour hot sauce over the fruit and garnish with cherries. Bake at 325 degrees until it bubbles, about 30 minutes.
