SAUSAGE CAKE | |
1 lb. sausage (raw) 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. evaporated milk 2 1/2 c. flour 1 c. pecans (optional) 1 c. raisins (optional) Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes in a greased and floured pan (preferable coffee cans). Cool out of cans. Slide back into clean coffee cans to store. May be frozen. Gets better after it has been frozen. |
