HONEY PARSNIPS 
1 1/2 lbs. parsnips
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. honey

Pare and cut parsnips in 2 inch strips. Add 1 teaspoon salt and just enough water to cover. Cook until crisp tender. Drain, put into baking dish. Dot with butter. Mix pineapple, honey and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Spoon over parsnips. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Put under broiler 5 minutes to lightly brown.
