3 to 4 lbs. roast beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. water

Place roast in baking dish. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Mix water with mushroom soup. Add beef broth and pour over roast. Cover with foil. Bake 3 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
