HOMEMADE BBQ 
Start with:

Roast in plenty of broth; drain and save broth. Cool and take off any fat. Shred meat and place in crock pot.

Add: 1 c. brown sugar 1 med. onion, chopped fine 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1 tsp. red pepper 1-1/2 c. of broth

May add more BBQ sauce and brown sugar to season to your taste. Cook on low heat in crock pot for 2 hours.
