EGG & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
3-4 pkg. brown & serve sausage, cut in 1/4ths
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tbsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Arrange cubed bread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Put in sausage, then cheese. Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard. Pour over ingredients in pan and allow to stand overnight. Before baking, mix mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Have a small pan of water in oven during baking time (on same rack).
