EGG SAUSAGE BAKE 
Plain pastry
1 (12 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausage, sliced
2 c. Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese (or 1 c. each)
2 oz. Velveeta cheese in small pieces
6 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt

Prepare pastry. Roll out and place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Put sliced sausage over crust. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over cheese and sausage. Bake 25 minutes.
